Crestline Thanksgiving 2008

Man, has it been a year already?!!!

I brought up the camera again and had it nearby almost the whole weekend. Unfortunately it only takes pictures when I point and shoot. Maybe Kodak will do something about that before too long. Anyway, the only pictures I have are from the formal group shot (well, not really that formal). If you have others, please send them to me and I will share.

Chris Mullen in CONCERT

Tom, Betty, John, Greg and Ben rocked out with hundreds of others at Venice Beach today. Chris's band played a gig at Windward Park which is between the boardwalk and the sand. Afterward Jocelyn joined us for a post-concert dinner at Diana's Islands Restaurant.

Aids Walk LA 2008

Jocelyn and Greg participated in the Aids Walk this year. It's a 10k walk through West LA to raise funds for Aids Project LA. It was a beautiful day and the walk was fun. We raised $150 and finished in about 95 minutes.

Anniversary Weekend in San Diego

Book Cart Champions

I mentioned over the weekend that the Santa Monica Library staff participated in a "book cart drill team" competition at the annual American Library Association conference. They are now the world champions!

First entry

Hi,
